Where is going and what is it going to smell like? Claiming the smell won't be too bad, I find very hard to believe. When these carp was up dead on bank you can smell them hundreds of feet away during the summer. I don't like this idea.

Mayor Banks you are so full of shit!! you have wanted this damn thing forever. The residents of Spring Valley DO NOT want this in our town!!! The low paying wages will not help our area. Just bring in more low income families.

the low income people spend money just the same as others. if it wasn't for people who work in these positions, who would flip your burgers, take your money for gas, carry out your groceries etc? don't knock 'em til you've walked in their shoes.

Just read in the paper today that the processing plant needs $100 million dollars(according to Heartland Processing) for a few locations. In Spring Valley it would offer approx.
26 jobs and work 24 hours.AND then when the job of catching all the carp is completed, they pack up their processing plant on flatbed trucks and move to another location. "Leeds and Holden(Company owners) explained We can make a substainable industry for ourselves without making a a substainable industry for an area." WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN MAYOR BANKS? Are you out of your mind. This company wants 100 million from the government and says it may not stay long. Get real! You did waste everybody's time for this meeting!!!!!!!!!!1
