Police: Girl, 14, takes car, hits woman walking dog

A 14-year-old Cornville girl was arrested after allegedly taking her mother's car without permission and later hitting a 62-year-old woman who was walking her dog, authorities said.

How can you possibly name a 14 year old child in connection with anything....you are so wrong. I'm not saying she is right...but you can not name a child under age. What were you thinking?

I don't see the "child's" name in the article so maybe they took it out before I saw this. That so called "child" was adult enough to get behind the wheel of the car & go speeding through a residental area so she should be adult enough to take the punishment. I pray to God that naming her is the least of her punishment - I hope they throw the book at her.
