Roads guy Kevin at D-H city hall is showing his unwillingness to complete the dirt road paving on
Kachina Place. Kevin is using the water tank which
ia about 50 feet off of the dirt road as his excuse
for doing nothing. 07-03-2009

As someone who travels that road often to get out to my brothers place, I do find it very awkward that just a little strip of Kachina is not paved. it is also very neglected, and all who drive it often know of the holes I am referring to. pave this section so we no longer have this continuing problem, please.
