I'm so disgusted at hearing this kind of news, of what these two DISGUSTINGLY ill mannered little **cks did to another human being.
I really can't believe how horrible these two are, You know, the only other people that have commited acts like this are Serial rapists. I hope they do get the chair, to show this much hatred for another human - They deserve to rot and ***king die.

OMG! I cant believe this. How can someone do this to another person? I'm soo glad that they caught the little ****ers who did this, but "Eligible for Porole" in 30 years?!?!?!?! Yes, granted Ritcheson did not scream during the attack, however there was a party with alcohol and drugs going on the house, how did the mother sleep through that? Nobody sleeps through a party unless they are passed out. I lived across the street from Tuck for 14 years, he has always been just screwed up. Tucks mother is a liar, she new very well what her son was into. We could hear them yelling in their house across the street and in my house. Tucks mother started dating a black man, who I saw one day scrubbing a swastikaoff the garage walls.

I just read his story, and I'm Hispanic/Asian so I feel his pain. But what saddened me the most was his suicide. Supposedly, he didn't remember the incident...was he hiding something?

Wow, that's odd. I remember reading another story a while back where these two beat up a Hispanic for trying to kiss a 12-year-old...or something? Well, I googled these guys, because I had just heard of David Ritcheson's suicide, but I didn't know the dude was David R. Well, I'm confused. I guess the moral of the story is that humans are a pain in the neck and stay away from parties? Meh, I already knew that.

I've kept up with this story. All I can say is that those two havent received punishment enough for what they did. If things were like eye for an eye there would be justice. Those two should be put through the same torture. I wish those boys and there families the worts. Hatred to a certain race is not something you are born with but its taught to you so f*** them and their families. It makes me so angry to hear of things like this. How can people be so mentally sick! No human wheather white, black, asian, brown no matter the gender...would deserve what David was put through.

I've read several comments saying "eye for an eye", "they should be put through the same torture;" you are expressing disbelief for a hatred so vast, and yet here you are wishing for the boys to endure the same torture. No matter how horrible, how inhumane someone may be, no one should ever have to endure what David endured. Rest in peace.

I know all 3 of the guys. Tuck is sidistic! Turner always got beat up as a kid and never had parents around! Ritcheson was a nice kid but a hardass who didnt stand being treated like crap! This mess didnt start with a girl it started with drugs! And ended up 2 against 1 with a few drunk kids watching afraid to say anything! No matter what it was over or who started it doesnt mean sodomizing and ruining someones life is right!
