I would like to know from a lawyer or police officer if a person has an outstanding warrant and has made arrangements with a bail bondsman would they still be arrested if stopped on a traffic stop.I have a foster child who's bio dad has warrants.

i would think if they paid their bond then they are in the clear. but i am not a lawyer, nor do i play one on tv.
