When she gets out of prison, I hope she gets a real job, not one titled thief.

She did not plead guilty to the drug charges. She was convicted by a jury of Delivery and Conspiracy.
Typical mis-reporting, PO.

Yeah, stealing from churches. That's going to go over well at the pearly gates.

arm your churches and put air holes in the air heads that like to rob our place of worship. no probation or the sight of daylight would have been a better sentencing. these people have no moral standards at all should never be left back out

And what fine agency arrested this person of questionable character? A fine example of previous posters claims that VTaylor fails to acknowledge which police department arrests these subjects, specifically when that department is the State Police. Its either intentional or poor journalism. Although, Im leaning toward both at this point.

21 Months (1.75 years) to 20 years.

I love PA's sentencing guidelines.
Nothing like a wide variation to either confuse the public, or to give a sense that we've put a bad person away for 240 months just to have them get out in 21....

So what does that mean, really?
If she behaves, she gets out in 1.75 years??

Huh?

They did this stuff in 2006. I'm just wondering why it took so long for them to get sentenced

One good thing ,when they finally get to see "Old grey beard" face to face, they will definitly get what's coming to them

Why would you assume you have "seen all the dirt bags" ?

Did I miss the rapture?
Are scientists finally able to remove the dirt bag gene?

If you are Christian, surly you know that all this woman has to do it ask for forgiveness and she will be saved.

Perhaps the old guy with the gray beard will get his jollies off by making you bunk with this woman when you reach your "heaven".

Ya know, a little punishment for the comment you posted. After all, this old guy sounds like he's into vengeance.

The reason for this is to not overload the prison system. You are correct, if she behaves she will get out in 21 months, but she will have a "tail" of supervision for the rest of the 20 years.

I'm not even sure how an atheist could justify burglarizing a church. That's like stealing flowers from a graveyard. I don't care what you're political/religious beliefs are it's just wrong!
