Anyone interested in filing a class action law suit against topix.com

In the Topix "Terms of service and Privacy Policy" they state the following:

You agree to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

However, Topix also states that it does not monitor or control the content of information posted by others, and instead simply provides a service by allowing users to access information that has been made available. Because Topix does not control the Content posted via the Service, Topix does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You acknowledge that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Topix be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service. Should Content be found or reported in violation with, but not limited to, the following terms, it will be Topix’s sole discretion as to what action should be taken, including suspension and/or termination of your account.

However, Topix will remove various post, which represents the fact that they are knowledgable of inappropriate post and therefore are monitoring the site.

Please post this on as many topix locations all across America as we work to establish a class action law suit.

You ask who will be the lawyer, post it in every zip code you know and it become lucrative, believe me...there will be plenty of lawyers chomping at the bit.

Let Topix know how it feels by posting to at least 1 different zip code each night until every zip code in the US has been covered.
