The better question is how many white people are voting for Mitt Romney because he's white? A poll last week found Romney's support among white men to be as high as 68%, far higher than any other demographic group; well, save one. African American support for Obama is similarly high.

So, if you want to make the claim that African Americans are voting for Obama because of the color of his skin, just be sure to look in the mirror on election day and realize you're likely doing the same.

Last election, 98% of blacks voted for Obama. This year, they estimate that it will be around 92%, definitely higher than the 68%.

I am voting for Romney not because he is white, but because of Obama's failed policies.

Your 68% figure pales in comparison to the 97% support Obama received from blacks in 2008. There are plenty of black people I would vote for, including Condoleeza Rice and Clarence Thomas. I voted for Alan Keyes. White people I know who are voting Romney are fed up with Obama's ineptitude.

all the innercity uneducated people vote for him because hes black thats for sure but theres a few educated ones who actually have a legitimate reason for it and white people vote for romney because he actually has experience in economy and politics obama has a degree in political science thats it and he was an awful president in the last four years... we know he came in to a bad economy already but he made it worse theres no excuses for failure in that type of job but apperently america gave him one more chance and anyways if you saw the people supporting him on tv theyre all foreigners and africanamerican or white trash

Actually most of the poor uneducated states voted for Romey. Red states receive the most foodstamps and government aid in general. Most blue atleast 8 out of the 10 richest most educated states are blue states. Infact the blue states subsidize the red states. Simply put, the red states are a drain on the US economy except they are either too uneducated or can't see past their own prejudices or both and vote against their own economic interests.
