Mom Arrested for Slapping Her Daughter

Spring Hill, Florida – Sheriff's deputies arrested a Spring Hill woman Tuesday for slapping her 18-year-old daughter across the face. via WLTX-TV Columbia

18 should be mature but then 18 is not a permit to, as often happens, abuse poor 'old mom'......

wish I could sit on this case...... sounds like a
'no win' mutual disrespect situation.......

oh well...... who made dinner? or did the 18 refuse to eat it and said the wrong thing/////

arrest was, under rules. mandated but certainly over kill ...... are we all mad?

As, I don't know the details of thid case I can't comment directly. However, I myself, a women in my 40's, was assaulted,"slapped", and kicked in the stomach by my 60 + yr old mother in law.(she resides in Sring Hill). I would have loved to have retaliated and thrown her pudgy little self out my door. The assault happened because she told me to "shut my mouth", and I told her not to ever tell me that in my own house. Due to her unstable history, I simply called the police, and she was arrested. End of case. You can't deal on a civil level with a nutcase. Leave the punishment to the law. In this case the state charged her, and after alot of $$$ she was able to settle it. I will never regret dealing with this nut in a civil manner.By the way, she has done this to all of her son's wives in some form or another. My husband, having witnessed it all has refused any contact with them since. They live a lonely existance I'm afraid.
