Hello -

My name is Steph and I have recently relocated to Spring Hill.
I have been here about 2 months now. So far so good. Found everything I need, so far. The area is really nice, the restaurants are fantastic (not the chains, but they are good too), the people here are helpful to a newcomer. My neighbors are friendly folks too. They took me around the neighborhood for a tour of various things and places.

I moved from upstate NY. I retired about 2 years ago and realized
that it was time for a change of scenery. Now I need a fishing pal!!

This forum seems a little dead. Do we have a whole lot of lurkers out there?

I would welcome conversation with anyone especially recent arrivals.

Have a good one everybody!

We live on LI, but Hernando Beach (and Hudson Beach) are our favorite spots. I think the people there are mostly wonderful.

Thanks for the reply. Long Island NY.
What a place.

I have been through the Hernando Beach area, went down Shoal Line Blvd. I know where Hudson Beach
is but havent been there yet.

I find the folks here to be very nice and helpful as all heck.

Hudson Beach - one chain swing, 6 people and an occasional porpise

I will endeavor to get down that way this week. I hear the beach is useless, but there is a decent restaurant there.

Found some good bagels at Spring Hill Drive and Mariner.

miles from Hudson Beach to Pine Island --- good stand for coffee at latter, one can eat at earlier

yes --- life in Hernando/Pasco; limited variety, better in Baldwin NY

So I saw the place this morning. Nice view. The beach didnt look like much. Brought a coffee and a bagel (there is a little place on SR 52 just east of 19). Some other guys sitting around, I guess its a gathering spot for the fellas.

Run, nice running into you, no pun intended, but
this list is a little dead. I don't get on line much down here anyway, too much else going on.
