Where do you see these people living? I'd like to drive by and see for myself. I think you are making racist comments and have no idea what you're talking about. Again, give me some details.

No one and I mean no one living there in Florida should complain,I'm in Charlottesville,Va and freezing to death is a way of life here, there's gridlock in the city, traffic jams are half a mile long at every stop light, the cost of living is out of sight, the cost of gas can be $2.90 at one station and 10 miles away it'll be $3.35,so being where you are is great!,some friends of mine are in Timberpines looking at houses and as soon as they settle in I'm coming down to look,I'll see you there.

Lots of forclosures in Timber Pines, the economy is terrible here, no jobs, and the stupid county renamed the airport to Brooksville-Tampa Regional Airport and now Hillsborough is suing us for using the name Tampa in the title, it sounds like we're close to Tampa, ha, nothing like being 45 miles away, another stupid move by those that run this county. Gas here is also $3.35 a gallon. Seems like everyday there are arrests for drugs, now there are those that say there are drugs everywhere, but with the economy in the hole, this is what people are doing to get by, you see women being arrested on 50 with cops taking lotion and clothes out of there handbags, off to jail they go, adding to the mess of not having money but now having to find the money for probation to boot. Yes, by all means come to Spring Hole, Fl. home of sinkholes, and Timber Pines is one of the worst places for sinkholes, you can sit on 19 and watch the cememt trucks go in and out all freakin day. Welcome to fantasyland. HAHAHA

Of course there are foreclosures in Timber Pines. The oldsters are giving up on those second homes. They cant afford it anymore. The insurance, is eating them up so they turn against the insurance company and file bogus sinkhole claims.

Gas is over 3.35 in a lot of the country , so dont complain.

When drug use goes up so does crime. Druggies dont work. They steal.

Dont sweat it. The name of the airport will change.

Thank goodness we are 45 miles from that hell hole called Tampa.

Spring Hill sucks. Its over developed and crowded.
Too many new people coming in. I know, growth, but
we don't need that north of the Hernando line. Citrus has been trying to fight the development for years and is loosing grip. Where to go though? The people who bought during the boom have, for the most part, bailed out by now or will.

So some call them SINK HOLES, others call them VOIDS, bottom line is, does it cause structural damage to your home, as in cracked walls, cracked slabs, sunken driveways, walkways, pool leaks etc.

With all due respect, I think this is the type of information people thinking about buying a home in Spring Hill want to know.

I also am moving my family of 6 to SH/brooksville for job relocation...but we are moving from one of the worst cities in the north. Cleveland Ohio. So I can assure crime and schools are MUCH better than here and we are pretty used to extreme weather changes. Honestly would rather blazing hot than -0 temps! So I'm just looking for ave. ups and downs of area. Thanks.

It is a nice place to live and work. I have 5 houses over there that I rent.
All the residents of them like the area very much. One fellow knows
the place since childhood and he says the growth is amazing but
its nice to have all that new retail all over the place. I am thinking
about going back there but I am tied down with new theme park
project. Enjoy!
