More child predator charges for Spring Grove man

Melvin E. Harpine, 26, of Spring Grove allegedly tried to lure children into his car at a school and a bus stop in the Hanover area and has been charged for a similar incident outside New Oxford Middle School.

i believe that if the cops really had any hard information on him, that he should never been able to post bail.... posting his picture in the paper and then more and more kids come forward to put more charges up on him is just crazy.... they should look into these kids and their families to make sure that they are not dragging this man and his family through hell....i have kids to and i believe and hope that nothing happens to my kids.... maybe our 12 year olds shouldn't be walking alone and maybe we should wait with our kids at the bus stops....WHERE WERE YOU PARENTS WHEN THIS WAS HAPPENING.... So what you suggest is don't do anything to this pervert who is trolling the area schools until he does have contact with one of them? Do you have any children? I do, and he can be glad it wasn't my daughter he approached, because I wouldn't wait for the apparently inept criminal justice system to hand him the sentence he deserves. And as I stated prior these kids are all from different areas, very very unlikely they would not be telling the truth and also very unlikely that the conspired against the sicko bastard, I DO Believe the kids, for there are sick perverts out there and people like you trying to protect them also makes you sick perverts as well, and not perverts like him DO NOT ASK HOW OLD they are they just get off on kids this is what makes them sick and peverted, hope he does get castrated so he can never have the chance to really harm the children more that he as the ones he approched.
