A local radio broadcaster and the former police chief of Jackson Township have declared their candidacy for the 196th District seat in the state House of Representatives.

I hope he asks harder questions if he gets in to government than he does as a radio host. He is king of the softball questions with guests, trying to not offend anyone. He is the Larry King of local radio.
