Protecting kids from becoming victims through prosecution? Interesting concept. How does it help a girl who has only shared a photo with her boyfriend to have that girl's nude photo exposed to school officials, DAs, court personnel and attorneys? THAT action would be abusive and traumatic. If there is no intent to harm, there is no crime. Representative Grove's intentions might be good, but the end result would CAUSE more harm than it would prevent. This is an extreme invasion of personal privacy and an example of goverment over reaching into what is really a family matter. Let's educate... not prosecute. One gives kids a leg up, the other drags them down. What has happened to common sense?

Bill should also exonerate persons who receive unsolicited explicit images.

No one should be charged with "possession" just because a bad guy/gal sent something to their phone.

You can't control or block incoming calls.
