Nice to read comments in the article regarding cultural resources located in the former Galtfelter tract. Many times in state and federal forest preserves their interpretative role in the narrative of the property are downplayed to the visitor and in the management plan. Remember people and their remnant footprint on the landscape are a part of Nature too!
