3:11 a.m. A curfew violation in the 800 block of York Street involved two females, ages 8 and 11. The girls were returned to their home.

WHY WERE THEY RETURNED HOME? OBVIOUSLY NOBODY RESPONSIBLE IS LIVING THERE !!!!!!!!!!

How do you know they didn't sneak out when parents were sleeping? If it continues to happen I would agree with you.
