So what happens if your son is one of the phones they took and he swears on his life that he never received or sent these pics..... but yet they keep saying they are going to destroy the phones that they have confiscated! I guess my question is he bought his phone with his own money 6 days ago and then gets called to the office and is told to hand over his phone (175$ down the drain) don't they have to prove the pics were there in the first place before destroying the phone? Isn't this kinda like sending someone to jail before you prove them guilty? If he says he never received them I beleive in him so much you could get your best person to open everything in the phone and I would say hey if you find the pic then charge him with the felony but to destroy a phone just because someone gave your name to them kinda is a little over the top to me.
