Girls and horses just go together

Wow. Where'd you find those price quotes? In years of riding at various stables around the Northwest Chicago area, I haven't seen prices like that on tack or lessons. Not in the last 10 years, at least. The last barn where I took lessons, the price was $35 for a 30 minute lesson, and that was easily a 90 minute drive from my downtown location. Worth it? Yes, every penny. But from the lessons themselves to the tack and "everyday" riding boots and a certified helmet, it's thousands of dollars a year to be in a safe and fun environment.
