Hour number 4 and train is still blocking 173. I find it AMAZING that they dont have an emergency plan to MOVE THE TRAIN WHEN IT IS BLOCKING TRAFFIC FOR HOURS.

At 1:30, Grimm Road, 173, Depot, Ida and North and 83 were ALL blocked. I understand if there is a problem but there certainly should be a plan to get the train apart and moved in less than 4 hours. I have no idea if or when 173 was opened but this is definitely unacceptable.

They opened the 173 track by the high school at 4pm last night. I was waiting at the high school for friends . Was a nightmare trying to get to the school both morning and after.
Grimm Road was still blocked though when I passed from taking them home. Not sure about the others.

The train has been stopping much more often lately.it goes all through Antioch but also stoppa traffic to the north on 119. Is there any legitimate reason it stops??
Who can I call to report train issues to when it's stopped?

Jay...there's a sign by the tracks that tells who owns it. It's like when the tracks need fixed, I believe it has to come from the railway company, not the city.
