remember that old man-a violent sex preditor they released a several years ago. Singleton I think his name was...anyway, they released him and he went out and hacked a 12yo's arms off below the elbow.
They didn't have gps back then but who gets paid to monitor these people 24/7?

You have to realize that the GPS tracking system does not protect anyone from immediate threat by the wearer. There is no one sitting at a console watching these people. All that can be done is to monitor where the individual has been by looking at the tracings downloaded from a satellite. They are mostly used to locate someone who is not in compliance with the terms of release.

We'll be protesting loud and clear to both Lambs landlord and the Judge! How come this Liberal piece of garbage judge didn't volunteer to place Lamb at the judge's home or maybe in his back yard Granny Unit? The judges children or young grand children could play with Lamb and assist in his rehabilitation into being a good productive homosexual (bi-sexual is probably more proper as Lamb violated boys and girls) child predator/molester! It's the Liberal mindset!

KSBW reported that the taxpayers are paying his rent of $3500 a month, plus a security guard. So, molest dozens of children and you get a palatial home and bodyguard at public expense? Sickening.

Wait, he molested more than 50 kids in the same area that he's being released to? W T F??? Just because they castrated him, doesn't mean he's any less dangerous to children. So many other ways to assault a child. I believe he's forfeited his right to live in society.

Hi--the point is, don't live in fear, be informed to the best of your ability.
Here is the Megan's Law website:

https://www.neighborhoodscan.com/FamilySafety...

This allows you to see who is in your neighborhood/who your child might come in contact with. It is not about paranoia, but about identifying those you can, and correcting problems that you can.

I believe that if this guy James Lamb's picture was taken, and posted to local schools, supermarkets, churches and so on, people could be on the lookout for him, and have more chance of recognizing if he was nearby.

If you find his address, post to Megan's Law website.

If you learn to care for the people in your region/village, even if it is not strictly a "village", it allows you to make a huge difference with small actions.

I agree....people like this should, if they are "set free", be monitored strictly. Perhaps the people in his neighborhood could form a neighborhood watch group.

Protective action, not just idle speculation, is the key word here.

In my small town up north, photos of convicted sex offenders are at the post office.

Education and informed action is the key to a cared-for community. That is all of us--you.

...and the taxpayers are footing the bill paying his $3500 a month rent. That pisses me off even more.

If you would PULL THE TRIGGER PERSONALLY, you have a right to RAVE LIKE THIS. And START A CAMPAIGN TO GIVE THE DEATH PENALTY FOR CHILD MOLESTORS.

But I GOTTA WONDER -- IF you all are a representative slice of the population, WHY DON'T WE HAVE THAT YET? HUH?

But if you're NOT GONNA KILL HIM, HOUNDING HIM LIKE THIS IS WORSE THAN DEATH. Wouldn't wish it on anybody. EXCEPT MAYBE AN AIG BROKER!

You all make the point of why you should do exactly the opposite of what you profess. Now, these people will be released, if you kill them, your children will be deprived of your parenting because you will go to prison. it doesn't matter if you think that is wrong,, it just is.
instead of isolating these people, some living under bridges and such. welcome them into the community, well aware of what they have done (sexuall offenders have a wide range of offenses, from skinny dipping, to murder). find out what good they are capable of and keep them supervised. If you persist in otracizing, death threats, etc., you increase the probablity there wll be a re-offense. Know this sounds incredibly difficult, in the end, i think it the only way to protect our communities. I have a friend who was caught with child porn. He stated and i believe, he had never acted on his fantasies. Even before he was caught, he was always upfront about his problem and that we were never to allow him near our children. We believed him, We kept him in the ommunity, were he made valuable contributions. All these shootings, lately, seem to be being done by those who have backed themselves into a corner and become isolated, no one to talk to. Very few are without some redeeming qualities.
Btw, the person i mentioned had been a member of out community for over 30 years and there has not been one incident. He went through therapy for along time, and, finally, at hte ripe old age of 62, felt secure enough to get a womanfriend. Sure, it took him longer to get there, but arrive he did, without any children being harmed in the process.

Yeah I think that he did that in Florida. Pretty sick shit. I remember when he went to the pen 30 plus years ago. He had cut some little girls arms off then. Not to mention the sexual assault. Some of these sicks s-h-i-t-s should just be warehoused.
