Teens charged as adults in attack

H&N Staff Writer Two teenagers accused of attacking a Pacific Power lineman in Chiloquin will be tried as adults on charges of second- and third-degree assault, authorities said Thursday.

I'm not surprised that this happend, I go to Chiloquin Sr/HighSchool And Have Gotten into a fight with that Indian Kid Ossie Brown Ossie has shot me with frozen paintballs on Halloween last year. A family member was savagely attacked in your town while simply trying to do his job at around 3 am.

Could you imagine a young man pulling a gun on you and then inquiring if you've ever had your ass kicked with a gun. Then as his buddy circles you as 2 other young people watch as you fight for your damn life. The whole time these kids circle you like a pack of dogs. Hitting, kicking and taunting you. At one point your are hit in the eye and nose with butt end of the gun.....The only thing they saves you is the fact that you are a large healthy young man and a work buddy who courageously picks up a shovel and comes to your defense.

What's sad is that, to these 2 kids this is nothing more than a joke to them. Both of them see it as nothing more than a BIG FAT joke. What's sad is that from the sounds of it these kids will end up killing someone.

The people of Chiloquin should be outraged and should not want these kids back in there town. There parents should be real proud of those 2. Because they are real pieces of work.

Harvey's left eye has been damaged where he was pistol whipped and he has some scars. I personally hold these kids and there parents or lack of parents responsible. Both of these kids are menaces. They will get you, too.

While it is horrible what happened. This kind of incident is few and far between in Klamath County, we should not only pray for Mr. Spears recovery but for help for the teen boys that are lost and felt so much anger they had to do something like this.
