Part of our job is to offer rewards to people. You simply don't have any information which would earn you $100. You get a job.

P.S. If you know, so does someone else. The first email gets the $100.

Or whoever gives us info gets a ball licking. $100 or a ball licking. Your choice. If you're a female sorry. You get nothing. Maybe butt licking.

This thread is a low business tactic. Just adds to the collective opinion that collection agencies are bullies and have no sense of common decency, courtesy, or privacy. Posting someone's name, what they have allegedly done, and offering a reward on a public Internet message forum is a bit ridiculous. Especially on a forum that has a reputation such as this one does. Sorry Capital Collections, you don't seem like a very smart business. Any information you obtain from this website can be turned against yourself should any litigation come about, just for the simple fact that nothing here can be certified as fact or fiction. My suggestion to you would be to stick to the traditional methods of locating a subject for repossession. Posting here is a dirty tactic.

Nice try at impersonation. Nice try given your bottom feeding standards.

Johny, what is low is to make false promises of payment and then purposely hide someone else's property. Your assessment as to the intelligence of our business methods is nullified by the meaningless status of one of your opinions. Thank you for the legal advice Mr. wannabe attorney esq. The truth is a valid defense as well as offense in litigation. I have no doubt you can imagine what we would suggest you do with your suggestion.

Oh, please inform me of what you, as a business, suggest I do with my suggestion. Please do. Because you just engaged in slander and/or defamation by resorting to trivial name calling. In a country where anyone can sue anybody for anything, I'd rethink the way you respond to people posting on a thread that you yourself started. A smart business would know to just ignore such posts and respond only to the ones that could help them reach their goal of finding information. You, on the other hand, feel it necessary to respond to each post with rhetoric, sarcasm, and a lack of professionalism. I simply stated an observation and as a citizen in a free country, I have the right to do so, as long as it isn't derogatory or slanderous towards anyone. You need to brush up on simple customer service and business etiquette techniques. You might want to brush up on those law books as well…

Actually, you're the one that needs to brush up on those law books. Slander is ORAL defamation, did you hear anyone SPEAK? Noooo, the term you are looking for is LIBEL which is WRITTEN defamation. Next time make sure YOU KNOW THE LAW before you try to come off as a know it all that knows nothing.
