What is it like to work for Geico?

I'm relatively new to the area and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it might be like to work sales for Geico. I've browsed through Glassdoor.com and other sites and it's a very mixed bag in terms of the comments/reviews that were posted. Hopefully someone on here might be able to help me out. I am most curious about the income potential and bonus structure for the homeowners/renters insurance division. The base is very low ($30,700 was what they are offering, what's can I negotiate?) so I'm kind of weary to be honest, but I figured I'd check here and see what I can find. Also, if anyone could explain the potential for promotions and the overall environment at the office in Fred that would be great. Thanks for helping a newb out!
