Grandma's pot cookies land 3-year-old Southern California boy in hospital

More nonsense from the nanny state. First of all, she was sixteen hours of observation and then released with no problems? What is the harm? Then, if the "toxicology" is poitive, they may face "child endangerment">!! When is this nonsense going to stop??!!

You have kids that are ill and die every DAY in this country over REAL child endangerment that has not been followed up on. Things lie drunenness, people using needles and having HIV and what have you, obvious facial bruises, REPORTED and RPEETITIVE domestic violence and ids coming to the hospital with headahces and fractures. ANd then they are going to mae another example of someone in order to justify their job?!?!

What a bunch of F--ing idiots. Know this: If this girl is taen away and placed in fostercare over this, not a single child will be more safe tonight, because now any perceived ris could mae you lose your kids. Also, foster care ids are at higher risk of child endangerment to begin with.

Question to the CPS in charge: Wasn't this too much of an easy target for it to let go not matter what the realities are? What does noe life matter? What does one family matter, t the mighty CPS?
