If you sift though the amount of money being spent on this project, i.e. broadband, the citizens would be outraged! We are the only county in NC designated for this experiment in which little benefit is to be realized by the local citizens. The true winners are the salaries being paid by the non-profit organizations that were formed for this new money. There is no one who can even give a detail projection/benefit for the public when all this money is spent.
