I am referring to the one on Hudson and Titus Plaza. I am a lifelong Irondequoit resident, and this location should expand as far as where Chase Pitkin was. With all the Wegmans expansions going on, it's time to show Irondeqoit some love.

Screw that it is to big as it is .I will never understand the appeal of these monsterous grocery stores. They are unpleasant and time consuming to navigate. The only thing they accomplish is creating massive amounts of slow selling overhead that gets mitigated by jacking up the prices of normal everyday staples. The trade off of being able to get some olive oil hand pressed by monks in Tuscany by silent monks that is infused with whatever or finding some seldom used spice from Thhiawan at the expense of more expensive foods people other than dumbass yuppies who watch too much food network eat is not a good one.If you want some specailty food from God knows where and nobody has heard of take your yuppie ass to a specailty store.

By today's standards, I think that Wegmans is a little dated. I remember when it opened up around 1990, I was in awe. But now, it's just average and kind of cramped. And it could rejuvenated that plaza and Irondequoit period.

What could you possibly need that they don't carry.
How can a grocery store possibly become outdated in just 20 years.I don't even know what an outdated grocery store entails.Thats just people of my generations idiotic thinking that when people get used to something that means you gotta change.Make hip and cool cause its new and not what was there and then in short time it's boring so change it3

No reason to spend the money to expand when the average customer does not spend much money on premium items. Demographics do not justify the expense. Better off building an Aldi.
