Why does this house get free advertising on the local news every time its up for sale???

""""It's now priced at $899,900. Thatís a big reduction from the original asking price of $1.5-million."" """"
----------
REALLY????

In February 2012, the home sold for $799,900, after the original asking price of $1.1 million failed to attract a buyer

Someone bought the house 2 years ago, and they think they are going to sell it for $100,000.00 more????

Did they add another pod with a 4th bathroom??

Taxes are $28,000 per year. I'll pass on this property.

Did you ever see the insides? I wouldn't make my dog live it. This is what happens when people think they have great taste while they really have no taste at all. More money that common sense.

How many times can they sell the $800,000 house for $800.000. yet still call it a $1.5 million dollar house????

And what our their taxes based on the $800,000 or the $1.5 million??

Notice that no one is coming in, but tons of professionals are moving out of NY state. And those that remain will help fund this welfare debacle with even higher taxes.

It might be worth a mil and half in Charlotte or Augusta, but in Rochester its a $400,000 house posing as an $800K house. Add to that fact that its going to take a unique buyer with too much cash and no taste in architecture to buy it. Maybe they should make it a group home.
