Crime is going to be still high on Saturdays cause the U.S. Mail is going to be canceling Saturday mail delivery.

The gangs should send a letter back to the Chief "Yo. Wazzup."
What they should do is complain to the USPS about harassing mail.

Either arrest them for cause, or leave them alone. Don't remind them of how helpless and clueless the RPD is... by mail.

There has to a bunch of gangbangers sitting around right now, smoking dope, counting piles of cash and laughing their butts off.

You should start a thread, or better yet a poll: Should RPD Chief Be Fired?

If you get a letter with the word Gestapo on the top left, just don't open it and write on it "return to sender".

It is really ridiculous. If they have their addresses and can mail them letters, then why can't they arrest them?

Just an idea. CCTV cameras on utility poles near their homes/gang hdqts. 24 hour surveillance.

As long as nothing is being done, we might as well spend some more taxpayer money on gadgets. And maybe a red light camera in the hood to generate some extra revenue.

It's hands-off policing in Rochester.

That's what I was thinking. They could easily pay these pathetic losers a visit or something. Make their presence known.

My point exactly. If you received a letter, I'd be concerned.

Maybe the Mayor and Chief Uncle Tom should have thought of writing these threatening letters before MCC decided to move out?? They could have wrote a letter to the MCC people telling them if they move out of the Sibley's Building that the Gestapo would be watching them more closely at the Kodak building, and explain to them that the Gestapo is also known to pull innocent people over for nothing and say they went through a stop sign and search them and their car.

It really baffles me. Soooo...they are going to stop being gangsters cuz of a letter sent to their homes? It's silly.
"Dear Criminal,
We know you are peddling drugs to youngsters and shooting each other all the time. Please stop before we do something about it. We are serious. We will be forced to arrest you. We will come to your house (because we obviously know where you live because we are sending you a letter)."
RIDICULOUS!

Dear Future Murderers,

We know who you are, but you know we only solve less then half of the murders in the city so you have a god change of getting away with it whenever you chose to do it.

Sincerely Chief Uncle Tom,

thats not any solution they just go to where the cameras are not.best to leave them on the corners you know to avoid instead of moveing them to areas you thought were safer.any time more than 5 people dressed the same loiter on a corner for 30min. fire hose them back to there house no one gets shot or killed and all the trsh gets sprayed way leaving things sparklling clean

That's pathetic. Mind numbing. If they didn't go certified, the alleged crook it was addressed to will just say they never got it.

What's the deal, three letters and your out.

Hey, no arrest, no score. The gangs are still way ahead.
