Its stupid people like you that also claim that black kids were actually at Seabreeze fighting and made it close down on a grand opening day, when they was not one black kid there.

Part of the problem as I see it is in past years the RPD had a detail to write parking tickets and they understood if they went strictly by the book and enforced every little infraction at the Blue Cross Arena it would severely damage the teams effort to draw suburban fans downtown. So unless you were a jerk and blocked in a driveway or in-front of a fire hydrant you wee fine.

However now that there is a separate parking code team that drives around in white cars and they have an incentive so I am told to write as many tickets as possible everything has changed and that will crush the Amerks ability to attract fans.

These guys need to lighten up or fans will stay away from the games !!

City police target white suburbanites at all city events. The revenue is much needed and it is well documented that a certain city demographic does NOT pay their parking and red light tickets.
Bob Lonsberry has even discussed this on several shows.Most unpaid tickest are all from certain high concentration zip codes.

Well if they do indeed do that you can count on me and many others from the burbs from going to events in the city. I will just stay out in Webster as everything I need is already here and I not not have to worry about getting parking tickets.

They also were out at the Lancer game last night and ticketed cars up and down both sides of the Broad street bridge. Needless to say fans were very pissed off after the game.

We stopped going to all city events a couple of years ago. Our car was broke into and they stole a couple of dollars in change. Damage to car $419.00 we have $500.00 deductible.
The black teens were caught and got a slap on the wrist. They target all events and festivals. beware!

What is the most common link between all white and black thieves these days? Black or white, city or suburban it is an embracing of so called urban and hip-hop cultures. Well that is easy to say !!

When going to see a movie at a mall there is plenty of free parking to be had and that makes for quite a big difference. Parking to see an amerk game is 8 dollars so yes fans in an effort to save a couple of dollars park on city streets in the area around the Blue Cross Arena. This practice has gone on for decades without any parking tickets until this year suddenly they are strictly enforcing the rules to the max and this will hurt the Amerks in a big way as fans will simply stay away from the games.
