Minority-owned businesses do not exist in Rochester

Any business endeavor, regardless of the race or ethnicity of the person involved, requires hard work and a dedicated commitment to all the myriad aspects of being in business for yourself.
The numbers gap
Minorities account for 56 percent of the population in the city of Rochester, yet just 30 percent of the businesses here are minority owned, census records show.

If they account for 56 percent of the population, they are a MAJORITY, NOT a minority.
I'm betting the ranch you were a product of the RCSD prior to your escape from NY.

There was one on emerson st. The minority owners allegedly pocketed as much as they could, let the place go under & hid out like cowards. They did this with 2 companies and were never charged with any crimes...
