UR will do exactly WHAT to "save" East High???

Overpaid professors from an overpriced college will do NOTHING to change the culture.

The parents don't care, they don't even show up for teacher conferences.

The kids don't care.

UR is in for a shock.

U of R liberal professors will not be teaching the kids. Liberal professors consult on how to teach the kids. They apply liberal ideas that are destined to failure. East High would be better off under RPD control.
U of R better duck this bullet, because the entire idea is ludicrous. You can drag a thug to water, but you can't make the thug learn.
Teach gun repair, give them a trade.
Be careful. Stating truthful facts about liberals like this will only get rePIGpublicans panties all knotted up. RCSD is doomed. Nothing but a waste of of hard working tax payers money..

Jeb Bush is connected to the publishing company that writes and grades the state tests in almost all the states.

This company gets anywhere from $15 to $30 per test, per student.

That is a lot of taxpayer's dollars that go to tests that don't help the kids in any way.

Now I can see why his brother George was so quick to pass "No Child left behind" ... which mandated the state tests.

Kids in the higher grades have to take 5 to 7 tests a year, and if they fail, they have to take them all again!

Makes you wonder ... government WANT our kids to fail, because it's MORE MONEY for them!!!

So whats your point? Are you saying don't test failures at all? Just give them all an A plus? How do you suggest we test all these kid's who can't read, write or do arithmetic?
Send them into a dollar store with a list of items to steal?.

Without testing how can they judge the complete, almost total failure of RCSD students and more so their parent(s)???

You're funny!

How did you get that from what I wrote?

I bet when you look at those Rorschach "ink blotch" tests ... you always see dead people that are out to get you.

BUT, since you asked ...

There is an agenda to these tests and the school closings.

Progressives have taken control of our schools at a federal level.
We need to take back local control of our education system.

If we don't like how things are going in our schools, it is easier for us to vote out a local offical than it is to vote out a federal lawmaker who has figured out how to funnel our tax dollars into their own pockets.

Sure, we can still conduct testing at the local level!!
That's what our property taxes are for, local issues.
And with the tests being controlled at a local level, parents can control what's on the tests!

These current Common Core state tests have product placements, and data collection incorperated in these tests!
Do YOU think it's necessary for our kids to identify coke, nike & other national chains in order to pass their SAT's?

The state mandated test have us all paying a fortune to Jeb Bush!
And since this sneaky little crook has figured out how to make taking HIS tests the law of the land, why would you trust him not to rig the tests so people fail and have to take them all again so he makes evenm more money on our local tax dollars?
