Make a logical statement and we will see.
Blaming the NRA for all gun ills is not logical.
Your long list of claims is nothing but parroting false accusations.
The NRA doesn't make law or policy.

I did not blame the NRA for all gun ills.

My long list comes from documented instances of real things that the NRA has done. How do you not know that?

Imagine a stack of perfectly good money, 1.2 billion dollars, and the Pentegon orders it to be burned, probably paying a contractor to burn it too! They are destroying a huge pile of ammunition, perfectly useable for training or duty. Nice use of tax dollars, they are going to destroy this and buy more. I would come pick it up for free or at a fair price even. Just sayin'

These liberals are like locusts, they do not sow, they only devour. They destroy and then move on to consume a new area, leaving ruin in their wake.

Just another way our bloated military wastes taxpayer dollars. Efforts to shrink its budget are right on target.

No Catholic or Christian should vote for Cuomo. Cuomo supports more abortion, supports non-traditional marriage, is not married yet "living" with his girlfriend in an unblessed confederacy, supports theft from hardworking people, supports giving bread to those who can work but they don't work(For even when we were with you, this we commanded you: that if any would not work, neither should he eat. 2 Thessalonians 3:1) Cuomo is also behind the stupid push to put a casino in Monroe County, increasing crime and draining bank accounts, especially of seniors and college kids.
Anyone with common sense should oppose this unjust Governor.

Of course there's nothing whatsoever in the example or teachings of Jesus to support this position. This is a conservative using the Bible to support his politics rather than an authentic obedience to scripture.

Oh, that's right, immoral liberals love to twist scripture to support their postitions. Stealing money from hardworking Peter to pay liberal Paul to stay home and not work, via the "nonreligious" "non-Christian" Government as a form of biblical charity for liberals, the goddessly thing to do! They praise the abominations and scream bigotry at those who are righteous. As soon as there is an actual mention of God or posting the Ten Commandments, the liberals cry foul. But they scream Jesus for welfare? Does God love abortion? Are homosexual relations and bestial relations blessed and happy for Jesus? What is the standard now?

What a ridiculously hysterical over-reaction.

You twist scripture to support your political agenda. That's you. You and the Republican party. It's part of your MO and has been for decades. Everybody knows that.

The government is not stealing anyone's money. Every developed nation in the world has taxes, and they are used to pay for the benefits you receive as a citizen. If you don't like paying your fair share, fine. But don't try to act like Jesus supports that position.

There is nothing in the Bible about legalized abortion. The Bible has nothing at all to say about healthy, committed, equitable homosexual relationships. If you want to condemn those things, fine. But don't try to act like you're doing it because that's what God wants you to do.

So you think Jesus is ok with abortion? Really!? You think the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is perfectly fine with homosexual relations? lol
It really is akin to stealing, when you take away someone's hard earned money and spend it on frivolous pandering and entitlements. It is easy to spend other people's money. The bible is chock full of references to using money wisely, maybe that is why our Government "representatives" waste so much, there is a lot of dust on their bibles.
Anyway, all of us need to take a long look at who they do or don't support to represent them in this country. Be informed. All it takes for evil to triumph, is for a good man to stand aside and do nothing.

I do not think Jesus is ok with abortion. But Jesus had nothing at all to say about how governments make their laws.

I think "he God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob" is perfectly fine with homosexuality within exactly the same parameters as he approves of heterosexuality.

The Bible is chock full of references as to how individual followers of God should use their money wisely. It has absolutely nothing to say about how governments do that.

The Bible is very clear that God's people belong to a different kingdom than any kingdom on the earth. God's commands are for God's people, not for governments. The Bible is clear that governments are inherently corrupted and God wants his people to have nothing to do with them beyond being obeying the law.

What a thoughtful, logical, and cogent response.

LMAO!

And now that we've established that you know nothing of what the Bible actually says and are completely unprepared to have an honest debate based on the facts, please refrain from dishonestly commandeering God to support your extremist political ideology.

God wants his people to have nothing to do with governments, because governments are inherently corrupt? When moral people have nothing to do with their representative republic form of government, then abuse of power happens automatically.
When God allowed events to unfold(thrown in a pit, sold into slavery, falsely accused and put in prison) that later on put Joseph into the highest position in all of Egypt(the superpower of that time) second only to Pharoah in that government, was that His people "staying out of it and minding their own beeswax"? Derp, maybe we should not exercise our Constitutional rights that we have been blessed with, we should just let the immoral and stupid rule over us. Great idea...

I didn't say "moral people." I said Christians.

All I'm doing is telling you what the Bible says. I'm sure you don't like that because it conflicts with your political ideology. And that's fine - just don't try to use God to support your political ideology.

That's what God in ancient Jewish history. Then he sent Jesus Christ - who Christians name themselves after - and Jesus specifically and clearly taught something different.

I'm not suggesting anything like that. I'm just telling you what Jesus taught. If you don't like it, fine. Just stop using him to advance your political (not Christian) agenda.
