IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR I WOULD. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER BUY A CAR FROM D CAESARS AUTO. NEVER. WE'VE HAD A OUR CAR FOR NOT EVEN A YEAR AND IT'S A PIECE OF GARBAGE. PURCHASED A LUXURY VEHICLE, A LARGE BMW TO BE EXACT AND THE TRANSMISSION, PARKING MALFUNCTION AND A BUNCH OF OTHER SERIOUS MALFUNCTIONS AND PROBLEMS ARE WRONG WITH THIS CAR THAT THEY "REFUSED" TO FIX. WE TRIED REACHING OUT NUMEROUS TIMES AND GOT NO RESPONSE. WE WERE IGNORED. WE GOT NO ANSWERS FROM THEM UNTIL WE ACTUALLY WENT THERE AND TALKED FACE TO FACE. HOW DO YOU TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT YOU WERE TOO EMBARRASSED TO RESPOND BECAUSE YOU FELT BAD ??!!! LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS !? TOO EMBARRASSED !!???? WE PURCHASED THIS CAR FOR TOO MUCH MONEY FOR WHAT IS WAS REALLY WORTH AND IT STARTED GOING DOWN HILL LITERALLY A FEW WEEKS/MONTH LATER. NEVER FIXED THE SIMPLE THINGS IN THE CAR AS PROMISED, NEVER DID ANYTHING AS PROMISED. SHADY PEOPLE, SHADY ESTABLISHMENT. OVERPRICED CARS. THEIR REASON WAS "YOU SHOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT A CAR WITH THAT MANY MILES" . THEN WHY WOULD YOU SELL A CAR TO THE PUBLIC WITH THAT MANY MILES !!!??? DUMB ASS! BUYER BEWARE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. TRY YOUR LUCK SOMEWHERE ELSE. OH AND COME TO FIND OUT, THIS TYPICAL $70,000 CAR IS ONLY WORTH $4,000 !!!!

First,I am really sorry that you have troble with your car. That being said, you bought it from what people call "junk lot",IE cheap cars that they buy at auction because the big dealers won't sell them on their lot.You should have either taken it to a garage to be checked out or someone that knows BMWs.If it had high miles on it you are taking a gamble to begain with, you don't have any idea how the pass owner treated or serviced it.Was it sold to you as-is?,if it was then you should have been aware that there wasn't any warranty no matter what the dealer said he was going to fix. That is called puffing when they say they will take care of any problems as long as it isn't in writing you have no legal recourse. You said that you started to have troble with it after a few months, even if you had a warranty it more than likely only would be for 90 days anyways.Again sorry to hear about your bad luck and hope you will have better luck next time. HINT: Never buy a highend car like a BMW,Audi,Porsche, ect except from a dealer that sells them new. They are all great cars when they are new,but become a very costly pile of junk after 100+K to repair(I owned all 3 makes, both new & used).Stick with good old Fords and Chevys, they run 200K+ without all of the problems, parts are cheap and your corner garage knows how to work on them. Stay away from the "junk lots" unless you know about cars.Good luck.

Not for nothing, but anywhere on Lyell Avenue is garbage. I went shopping around about 10 years ago from that same location and I left unimpressed. I don't know how much you shopped around, but if you were looking for something "reasonable" there is that lot on Mt. Hope near Time Warner, Uncle Vic's on Hudson in Irondequoit,(I brought my last vehicle there 3 years ago) Just some places out there. Sorry this happened to you, and next time, get someone to go with you if you hadn't done that already.

They are dirtbags. Friend bought a Saab there, incredible problems and no support. Sounds like this is the way they do business.

Not for nothing anyone that would buy a car from any of the ghetto car lots is a fool. They all do the same thing they buy them at the auctions off of cairn street in the city wash and clean them raise the price 1k from what they paid flip em and do nothing if you come back with a problem. You would have better luck with getting a used car on Craigslist than the ghetto lots.

PigPen, completely off the subject. Why do you put a space between each word but no space between sentences?

Not sure where this auto ;ot is but this is a prime example why all used car dealers should be forced to guarantee used cars bumper to bumper for six to twelve months.

A friend bought a car at Uncle Vic's about a year ago and it was a disaster. I'm being 100% serious when I say the check engine light came on the following morning, and when I picked her up at the crooked shop they use on W. Ridge near Lake I wasn't surprised. She got attitude about the MAF even though it was < 30 days, and wouldn't replace the front tire they sold that had the wrong size on it (both Bridgestone Turanza's so it apparently went unnoticed at time of sale)

OH Mr.Great One why don't you tell all of us how it was off subject? Once again Mr.Asspilot as you were told before it is normal while posting on any thread if there aren't any space between sentences. If that is the best you have to attack someone you might want to go back to troll school and learn some new ways to spew crap Zippy. On another thread you said that you are a retired pilot, right? Did you double spaced everything that you wrote in your logbook?(you do know what a logbook is,right?) Just asking.-----S/N---- A period, question mark, ect is considered a space. Now go back and reread my post and tell me about the missing spaces and how it is off subject.Thank you, have a nice day,try harder at being a troll next time.PP911

I just bought a car from them and this car is a peace of junk part staring having a problem a week after pick up day, then sent me over their unorganized auto shop to get the car fix after the finding what's wrong with the car, yvonne caesar refused to fix the car.
This is a shame and just the fact that people work hard to finally invest into something and her being greedy to sell people cars with major problems it isn't the right way to do business.
