Your guy at the mall example is burglary because he was banned from the building. THAT IS WHAT MAKES THAT BURGLARY.

That was not me!! That person stated the dictionary definition of burglary. I only pointed out that you where wrong about your assumption of what burglary is and that it does not fit with the dictionary or N.Y. Penal code of what burglary is.

Worse than that. It's .03.

http://www.phillytrib.com/healtharticles/item...

By 2050, racial and ethnic minorities are projected to account for half of the U.S. population. While Blacks represent roughly 13 percent of the U.S. population, less than 3 percent of the nation’s 1 million doctors and medical students are Black.

But .84 percent are thugs.

One of the many things wrong with NY.

People should be allowed to defend thier property with deadly force.

That would surely teach people the importance of respecting other's property.

Not really.
Just tired of people who have no respect for other's property.

If there were real consiquences to trespassing, thief and assult/murder ... there would be less of it.

People are not afraid to get caught.
They know that our system of "justice" is a joke.
Criminals and criminals in training would think twice about entering your property if the local government allowed people the right to defend it.

I am sure the car robberies around Rodderick Scott's old neighborhood have been reduced since he shot one.

Exactly!! The fact that citizens are forced to rely on a group of others to spank others for violations against another and their property ad not allowed to defend such things on their own as it happens is a big factor of why things are out of control. A justice system involving courts and policing is incapable of preventing or off-setting crime without a complete revocation of all citizens freedom and rights. The purpose of courts and police should be to decide if the actions of a citizen is justified in a case of crime.
If a crime against a person or their property happens, that persons actions to prevent are justifiable.

Really???? Burglary??? How is it possible??
It didn't involve breaking and entering, or being banded from the property???
What new rules in the law books will nickbo come up with now to explain all this???
Pay attention to this Rhonda.
New York Penal code definitions.
Building-- In addition to its ordinary meaning, includes any structure, vehicle or watercraft used for overnight lodging of persons, OR USED BY PERSONS FOR CARRYING ON BUSINESS THEREIN, or used as an elementary or secondary school, or an enclosed motor truck, or an enclosed motor truck trailer. Where building consist of two or more units separately secured or occupied, each unit shall be deemed both a separate building in itself and part of the main building.
Cars are considered by legal definition to be part of the building the car owner is in.
They are not new rules they are the words of the law, and I'm FTW not nickbo.
