They do vote with there feet. Its a revolving door daily. The corporate office does not care. The corporate office also is a revolving door with management and employees. Disconnect between upper management and employees. CEO is a nut.
Place is a zoo. Horrible work environment, sweat job mentality from the managers, a large majority of employees that detest the place (which ultimately effects profitability)-- and printers churning out resumes all day long. I would bet that any employee you talk to would book it if something opened up outside for them. There is no loyalty, morale is shot and there are tons of PO'ed "ESL workers". ESL needs a union, seriously.

Funny and true. I'll bet the guys making iPods get more respect from their managers than we do. Printing resumes is the main business of the bank. Wish they would spring for better paper. I have to go back to my desk and look busy, like George Costanza. And watch ESPN on my phone.

Then I hope you get the word out, and no one applies for the job ... after all, a business can't function without good help.

Ask those teamsters ... they think the world doesn't turn without them, and they are asking a hefty price for the privilege of allowing them to work for you.

I got promoted twice in two years, because I told my manager that I considered him a mentor and learned so much from watching him. What a tool. I did less than anybody I worked with. I now work for a real company where you get promoted on merit. I miss ESL cause it was so screwed up and exploitable. Well, not that much. It did teach me to watch my back, so I got something out of them.

Where do you get good reception? I'm getting choppy data on the 3rd fl. I'm bored and need my ESPN. I have 3G only, can't afford to upgrade. I can barely eat on my current wages.

Time for a union. Sounds like a sweat shop with a few managers at the top stuffing their pockets big time and screwing the rest.

That trailer is a recruiting station for ESL that's how desperate they are for employees.
