Why is that a perp can be a raving assh**e, yell, scream, fight with the cop - but are shocked when they use force to complete an arrest.
These perps live in a different universe. Are women tougher to take into custody than men?
complete an arrest?? how was the arrest completed by using force??
you must be watching a different video.
he punched her in the head and slammed her to the ground and then moments later the only one on the ground is him on his knee praying for other officers to come and help him.

Da only peep sayin it be a punch is a 375 lb witness from da hood. It truly is shameful da way all y'all RCSD products misrepresent.

That is what i saw too. It was completely uncalled for on everyone's part. That officer needs to find another profession.

Last I knew, punching someone in the head is illegal, it's called assault.
What gives the cops the right to break the law and face no charges?
If they can punch someone in the head, why don't they just carry a knife and stab people who resist?

Punching someone is not in any way helping arrest someone, it only makes the situation worse.
Punching someone is a way of punishing someone or trying to hurt someone.
Cops shouldn't be trying to hurt anyone even the people they are arresting, and we have courts and juries that sentence punishment.

He used all these fancy RPD police tactics, punched her in the head and slammed her to the ground, and it got him no where, she still stood up, she stood up and left him on his knees on the ground.
He was very lucky that she didn't get to pissed off by getting punched and slammed that she didn't start beating on him. In court she said she didn't do anything, and I'm telling you if she wanted to do something that that cop would have been really hurting. Don't they even got a height minimum to get in the RPD?

If a strike in the head is part of officer training, how come I've never heard of it before??
I even watch all the TV shows and have never heard of or seen anything showing a cop tactic of punching someone to the head, accept in the Rodney King video.
