I like the idea of putting some parkland there. That section needs more area's for late night drug dealers and junkies fixing up to hide. Plus, it gives the youth a place to mug and start fights. Just think of how much broken glass we can sprinkle all over the place. All the fresh places to tag with spray paint. Yep, some park land would be nice there. The bums can even be in charge of applying urine based fertilizer to the grounds. We can pay them for it and call a work program.
$23 million to fill it in. Brilliant use of pocket change.
