if no shots were fired as the papers say, then how do we know it was'nt the other club who were planning the attack? they were the ones who were "crossing the line" any way. trying to provoke. also, how much would an informant really know.

It says his co-defendant pled guilty to those charges and faces a much longer sentence, so it's probably true.

this is all very interesting but are you saying that the sentence was too harsh or the other way around? I think that maybe these plans of attack often come from other clubs planning to kill Hells Angels & innocent family members. I still think "self defense" could have been a motivator.rm

This is just another example of the Feds with unlimited financial resources and power railroading the 81 with a bullshit CI who was cooperating to reduce his own shit sentence. This Outlaw affiliate club had no business in CNY and was there in the Fulton area trying to intimidate other 81 supporters in the area loyal to the 81. NY is a red and white state and we can't wait for the day when we also see the 81 back in Buffalo on S. Ogden St. just like the old days.

If the H.A. were running America some how I think the bankers would find a way to pay out of there pockets the money they stole from us.Most Bikers are down to earth real people with real jobs. There are some Phonies out there, and you can figure out who that IS.I will never forget about 20 years ago some dude got robbed in Charlotte and a H.A. member was able to get his stolen goods back.Who needs cops when you have honorable people in the community.

Some might say the "vigilante justice" is still alive and well in America, it's just against the law nowadays.

Hey, if I can't make my bills working a 40 hour week, can I call up Washington to bail me out? Or MUST I go on welfare and let the feds take over? And they will make the rest of the taxpayers in the country cough up the money for it, SWEET!!!

all of this is a joke
they didn't even have enough to charge him for conspiracy to commit murder.
and the only thing he said in court was "yes i drove the car"
it was an illegl search anyways, they said that they smelled alcohol but they never did a breathalizer test.

Kinda strange that 2 posters have the same last name as Mr McAuley. I dont know any of the facts to this story but it seems like this thread may be biased. Seamus said "they didnt even have enough to charge him for conspiracy to commit murder" Apparently they did otherwise they wouldnt have gotten a conviction! I am sorry that your brother/uncle/father/friend is going away for 8 yrs, but you do the crime, you gotta do the time. That might sound lame but it is the truth. All bullshit aside, Not a biker here. What is 81? Serious question!

Patrick is my uncle. Last I heard, he was sentanced to 15 years for this case. He served another 15 from 1986 until 2001 for similiar charges. Interested to know where the rest of his family is...

At one time Patrick was listed as a Life Member on the 81 Rochester web site. He isn't listed there any longer. You figure out the reason why if you say the family is not around anymore and if he is not doing any time for this conviction.

Does 30 yrs in prison tell you anything?
