Do yourself a favor and check the reviews, BBB reports for any business before you deal with them. I didn't and foolishly trusted that when I put a deposit down on a car that was a promise that the car would be mine. Wrong, wrong and wrong. Their website says - Old Fashioned Courtesy. Is that what you call it when you sell a car that has a deposit on it while the buyer is getting together the documentation you requested? Now the courtesy would have been to notify me that they had another interested buyer and give me time to meet that - oh did I say I had a signed contract. Shady, unprofessional and bottom feeders. Yes I did get my deposit back. Lesson learned. Shame on you Summit View Auto. You thought I was a fun person, well I'm having fun now making sure other people know of your underhanded way of doing business.

Yes, I did have a signed contract, however they only provided me with a copy of the front side of the contract, the terms apparently were on the rear side which I don't have.

Summit sells shit cars from dealerships that can't sell them because they have a reputation. DON'T EVER BUY FRON THAT CRAPPY PLACE!!!! Two months into owning my car and had to have major work done on it. Thank god for extended warranties. The mechanic they sent me too when I said it there was a problem said everything's fine. You f***ing retards. It needed ball joints upper and lower a control arm a bearing and a tie rod. What a bunch of a**holes.. Go to Spurr in brockport better car no bulls**t. Say it with me F**K SUMMIT VIEW THEY SCAM YOU.

Purchased a 2004 Kia Sedona from Summit View. After driving the vehicle for a few days - an alert light went off on the dash and we noted a groan in the power-steering. Summit View stepped up and fixed both issues - no problem. After a few more weeks of driving, the brakes went out. And I do mean OUT. The brakes lines were corroded through. Initially Summit View informed us that they were not responsible. I spoke with a few folks there and they were fairly adamant about their stand. So - we took the van to a repair shop. However - my daughter (it's her vehicle) received a call from the owner AND the service manager stating that they wanted to make things right.
They made things right once - and ONLY once. My daughter has put less than 5K miles on this vehicle and we have had to replace:
water pump, timing belt, serpentine belt, front brakes and rotors, power steering belt and pump, O2 sensor.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. Learn well from our mistake.
