"""Buffalo, N.Y.(WHAM)- The Erie County Republican Committee said Congressman Chris Collins will not cooperate with efforts to remove his name from the ballot for the November general election.""" "

So the title says he's removing name form ballot, yet the story reads that he's keeping his name on the ballot.

What drugs do the reporters at WHAM do?

I think you're new here so let me think things straight.

13WHAM is FAKE NEWS!

Chris Collins is INNOCENT (his future daughter-in-law got some information and he's falsely accused of doing something illegal to give her that information).

Chris Collins' name will remain on the ballot. He will win re-election this year.

If you believe one word of that, you're as big a liar and crook as he is.

Second, get your facts straight, Collins is the one that leaked the information to his son.

Are you Chris Collins' son? Did you witness Chris Collins violate the laws of the State of New York? I don't think so!!!! My opinions are based on real news, not fake news!

My statement is based on the FBI press release. Collins violated several federal laws, and is under investigation (and will be convicted due to an intercepted telephonic communication) by the SEC.

You're a loon.

The FBI did not say that I'm a loon. Or that Collins violated the laws of the State of New York.

His future daughter-in-law allegedly received information she possibly was not entitled to and Collins himself is being blamed for it.

The in-laws made a deal and are co-operating witnesses against him.

Well they are not in-laws yet.

Does anyone know if the wedding still on?

OK, I'm going the 'splain it to you one last time.

Collins got a call from the CEO of a drug company where he is a board member, telling him their new product didn't make it through trials, and would not come to market. It was a flop. Collins immediately called his kid to report this, and told him to bail out of the stock before it was announced to the public the next morning... saving him a ton of money when the stock tanked the following day. He passed the conversation to his fiancee's family (her Dad) who also owned the stock. He called a couple of other people.

The tip came from directly from Collins... and was spread to the whole family and friends... known as "insider trading", the night before the public knew. This is a violation of federal law (enforced by the SEC)... they intercepted his telephone conversation with the bad news from Australia (where the company is headquartered). He passed the info to his son as soon as he hung up with the CEO. His son distributed the information to friends and family that owned to stock.

He violated federal law, that's why the SEC filed federal charges against him, his kid, the kid's future wife, her family and others. Anybody that dumped the stock early got busted.

You're a loon that knows nothing.

Suggest, in the future, that you read and understand the subject matter prior to making your child-like comments about Collins' innocence. His 100% guilty of a federal crime. He involved his family, who were also indicted.

You have to get at least one story straight before you comment on it. So far, you're batting zero of 1000. That's hard to do. You would think you would at least stumble into one that you could get right.

I have a feeling that they have become an estranged family. You know what white people are like. Vindictive when they get caught... they'll all turn on each other. It's a feeding frenzy of "I didn't do nuthin".

The important thing is that sleazeball Collins can't slither out of the mess he's in. The feds have him dead to rights for a conviction (and probably a large fine). He should have used encrypted text to pass the bad news to his family, instead of making a cell phone call.

I'm certain A14626tardmom will have a different [wrong, tarded] explanation. Good thing we fact check everything here.

He was at the White House at the time, he could have asked Trump to use his back door communication with Russia and get Russia to notify the in-laws to SELL SELL SELL!!!

Even smarter. I'm sure Trump would have gladly given him the passcode.
