Jurors deadlock on murder charge but convict Rochester man of armed robbery
A jury today convicted a Rochester man of an armed robbery in the Genesee River gorge but couldn't decide on a charge that he tried to kill one of the victims by shooting him in the head.Full Story

So in other words, the jury considered the fact that he commited robbery with a weapon but couldn't come to any sort of conclusion as to rather or not he intended to cause fatal harm with said weapon. How backwards is that?

typical courts system Due wee.. Don't make the defendant look more guilty than he really is and remember he has "rights" and his dead victum doesn't.. I think that the parole board that lets people out early should do any sentence along with the guy they set free after he does it all over again.. There sure would be a lot more assholes staying behind bars that way..

You have to be kidding !! How can a Judge accept a verdict like this.. I agree with the other comments.. OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM SUCKS!!!!!
