He should of never been let out of his cage to start with when it is well known that sex offenders can't be "cured".

Even tho it was wrong and sick what he did, I don't find driving a car and have 2 porn movies an issue.
Matter a fact, I'd hope when someone gets out of jail they try to get their life together and part of that is driving a car. And I'd hope a sex offender could find someway to relieve his sexual tension like on porn movies then a rape on real person.
It's good his back in jail, as it means that now when he gets out in 5 years he will be able to drive and watch all the porn he wants.
Aren't you married to this piece of garbage???????

Fundamentally, I agree that locking him up for 5 years will accomplish nothing, except cost the state (that's us) about $500,000.

If sex offenders are horrible (and they are), lock them up for life by statute. Otherwise, this policy of releasing them, waiting for them to violate parole without perpetrating another physical crime, and revoking parole is ridiculous and expensive. If porn does it for him, and keeps him from recommitting, maybe that's his rehab therapy.

While I think sex offenders are the lowest rung of society, I also think we spend an inordinate amount of law enforcement time and resources enforcing minor violations in NY state.
