i'm pretty positive she has a relative in the same prison he's going to, or either the baby daddy or one of his kin is in there too - so one of them will shank this guy before long and he wont make it out alive.

How can people (using the term loosely) be this incredibly violent at a young age? Clearly, life means nothing to many of them.

They scream about rights, but their own people don't have a right to live - metered out by their own friends, acquaintances, boyfriends and relatives.

In my opinion, they have not qualified for equal rights yet. Each generation bumps the uncivilized behavior up a notch. Does every kid own a gun? What happened to making crimes committed with a gun more serious?

Instead of fixing stuff that needs attention (infrastructure etc), we put our money into building prisons, housing and feeding animals for years, and get poorer for it. Rehab? Right. Sure. Not happening.

BABY KILLERS don't stand a chance in prison. He will be under PC for all his time there. I ask prisoners why baby rapists are at the bottom of the pecking order in prison. They answered because they can brag about their crimes. Another ANIMAL off the streets of Rochester. By-by. And don't come back.

Protective custody will push the cost up of housing this whackjob (and make the stress of prison life more bearable probably). You know, it just gets worse by the day. There should be retribution for a heinous crime like this. Violence is one thing, but these special types should forfeit their life. Prison, no matter what the term, is not adequate punishment.

Courts should start sending a stronger message. Kill someone, we take your life. Thanks for playing. No appeals. Hit the switch. Drop the pellet. Push the medication. Pick one.

Any word from our Black Mayor yet? No? What a surprise. Any word from our Black Pastors yet? No? What a surprise. Any word from our Black Council members? No? What a surprise.
A good word: I have noticed that our RPD and Prosecutors are making arrests and putting the animals in the zoos or so it seems. Getting away with the murders would be the one thing worse.

I don't take the fake pastors seriously, because they have the same spiel for every incident, and seem to be in the "god business" for money, not to serve. They are not only uncompelling, but unbelievable.

As for the mayor, Ms Warren needs to make some definitive decisions, because Rochester is getting known as a high crime city.

This is preventing business from moving here, causing existing business to move out of the city -- in addition to lowering the value of homes throughout Monroe County, particularly in the high crime sections.

The Mayor needs to take a stand, put plans in place to at least protect the citizens and push RPD to step up enforcement. So far, she has mismanaged this problem.

The leadership in the black community is piss poor. It's put as THE SYSTEM is the problem or its racial favoritism, or poverty, or lack of opportunity. None of these glittering generalities is helping. It's too many guns and too many drugs. These are huge. Too many families who get their support from hustling the streets. How can a community be safe when all the shiznik is going on?

I think that the guns and the drugs are a symptom and not the problem.

Our government is all about control and corruption.
The state takes $0.61 of every dollar you earn.
Manufacturing jobs are driven out of the state with heavy taxes and unnecessary regulations.

If people had jobs that provide them with the ability to allow them to take care of their families ... they would have too much to lose to commit crimes.
If a person was busy working 8 to 10 hours a day, they would be too busy to commit crimes.
Good paying jobs is the best crime fighter.

Instead of raising taxes to fund larger police forces ... try reducing the taxes and reduce the regulations to bring back manufacturing jobs.

Yeah, that will ever happen. No one pushes back. We just pay and pay.

The state increases welfare and social programs, which removes all incentive to work. Until enough voters ban together (and I'm talking millions), the financial hemorrhaging will continue unabated. And we'll just keep paying.

Until legislators are removed from office in mass, taxpayers have no recourse. Legislators are supposed to do what is in our best interest, let's hire men and women that embrace our concerns. Send the rest home with your vote against them. Push back, folks.

There is not one thing awesome about her. Dumpy, horrible dresser, inarticulate... not to mention that she makes wrong decisions consistently, both in her political and personal life.

She will be a one term Mayor, remembered for, well nothing.

I can see where you would relate to her. She's also stunted intellectually.
