A city teen is recovering after being shot on Lexington Avenue.
The shooting happened outside a Chinese restaurant near Dewey Avenue, about 7:40 p.m. Friday.
The 18-year-old victim was shot in the lower body and transported to Strong Memorial Hospital. His wounds are believed to be non-life-threatening, said Lt. Ron Malley.
No motive for the shooting has been established, and no one is in custody at this time.
Police are investigating.
Cuomo needs to ban Chinese Restaurants next.

Good God man, don't give Cuomo any ideas!!! They should just build a wall around the city to keep them in and to keep us out. That is what trash like Rhonda would like, whites not allowed in the city.I would be happy not to have any of the troublemakers in the burbs, so build that wall NOW!
