What the hell is up with that place. They are in a rapid steady decline. You can't go in there without waiting 15 minutes for your turn to have some nasty employee with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth blow smoke in your face. I don't know who's in charge out their but it looks like their being run by a little kid with no idea what it mean to satisfy the customer.

I've never to wait, unless someone was in front of me & they've always been polite. The guy that works there isn't as friendly as the women, but he's never been rude. I've also never seen an employee smoking in there, but even if they were it's kind of stupid for you to bitch about it...It is called "Smoker Friendly" after all.

I think it's funny that whoever started this conversation can't even list the store name correctly..... It's "Smoker" not Smokers.... There's no "s" at the end... Idiot.

Also... The new and IMPROVED Smoker Friendly store is doing very well in the customer service department if you ask me... Seems like they got all the "Lazies" out of there. No complaints here.

i have been there many of times and they are smoking, but it is a cig store so yeah they are going to smoke, and i like the people that work there they are nice
