Its the attitude of the staff. When u have bars in between customers and employees to exchange paperwork. Doesnt that make your system seem fucked up? They dont even have bars in between at the bank. So i ask u. What do u thinks wrong. Its the system. And then ive never met a dmv employee that didnt have the attitude of a chapped ass.

They r slow because of the screwed up shit they have to do. But the attitude with it doesnt help none

i hate the spencer DMV! i have nothing against women but everydamn women in there lets the power all go to their heads! they all seriously need an attitude change or new staff i hate those people! i go all the way to braxton and i dont have a bit of trouble its worth the drive just so i dont have to put up with the BS...

Every time I go in there, there is only one person working! I hate going to that DMV but the rest of them are too far away. Everyone there has a huge attitude problem and they never tell you what you need. I recently went in to get my drivers license renewed and I had to make 4 trips because they never told me everything i needed the first time and they don't have it posted anywhere. I hate that DMV and they reaaly need to get some new people that can try to be nice for once.

You guys need to quit whining. People try to pull the wool over our eyes and it is not going to happen. I say to all you crybabies go elsewhere if you dont like Spencer DMV. Us ladies rule so dont try to pull crap on us and you will have no worries.

Am I the only one who heard the announcements on the radio and news and printed in the paper about the new changes to the papers needed for license renewals? If you paid attention, they gave out the info ALOT over the six months leading up to the changes going into effect.

Not a thing except that people are told numerous times in several different ways about the changes and new info needed yet they still want to complain about it when they get there. I am not excusing poor or rude behavior but I can totally see where it's coming from on the part of the employees.

if you read the info that comes with your renewal notice, it tells you everything you need. I had no problem. Just read it.

The line is usually very long. I also had it happen where they looked at all of my documents to get my driver's license and told me that one was incorrect. I went to the courthouse got the correct document, came back waited in line again only to be told by another person that another document was incorrect. Forget taking one day off of work to get your driver's license, might as well take two!!
