The Management Company manages a hand full of sites in the area and should be told that there is more to it than collecting the money. There was a fire at Crescent Hill last month that displaced 11 residents , this sewer issue Boulder Creek has been on going on for 3 years ,and the statement below is taken right off the companies web site!!!!
If the SC Housing won't step in and help bring the sites up than where will the residents go? The company will let them live like this until about 2 Weeks before the audit and then they will work hard to fix everything and then they rest for another year. This needs to be addressed with not just the management company but with the SC housing. After a AUDIT they don't reinspect the property's they receive a letter from the management conpanies that say the repairs have been made!SO WHO WILL KEEP THESE COMPANIES HONEST!!! This is the second time i have sent this in. Someone should help the resindents that won't fear HOMELESSNESS!!!

The WinnCompanies' Residents First philosophy was established to remind families that we always listen to and meet their needs by providing exceptional customer service, while helping to create a sense of community and good will.
This sentiment extends down to the communities' youngest members through the organization's KidsFirst Program. Created to make kids feel good about themselves, KidsFirst offers a supervised atmosphere where children are encouraged to become involved in creative, engaging and educational activities....
...If this statement is true then why did the director of maintenace stand on site and assure these issues would be taken care of in the first quater and then not even address them at all. The director of maintenace told them HE would see that this would be done hisself!
Earlier last year the SVP for the propetry took pictures of a manhole over flowing and showed them in a training on thing you wouldn't want him to see when he's on your site. I have to say he didn't leave until it was fixed. But where was his follow up?
This site will have a SC audit in a month or two I would take a guess that there will be alot of people on this site to bring the site back up to the specs! Why do they wait to do it right before a audit if the above statment is true. Everyone should have a clean and safe place to live reguardless who is paying the rent. I would say if enough people would band together things on this site would change. Just remember that the auditors are on site to be sure each unit is being maintained and that all the equipment is in good working condition.

think it is great when SC housing gives the management company the unit #'s a day in advance to a audit so that the company can get them ready.Something should be said for SC Housing are they realy watching are they helping companies short change the low income residents. SOMEONE should audit SC Housing.
