Why are mentaly ill people in Jail!!!!!

Oh ya , Jimmy Carter decided Mental Health Institutions were inhumane an pushed to close them all.
For you to young to know, and were certainly not taught in your Government School....The Homeless Population in America exploded right after this act of compassion, and the prisons started filling up with people who are Functionaly Retarded committing crimes and being judged guilty of the offense they comitted.

The prisons are filled with people that would not have commited their crimes if they were compassionately placed in a facility where they could not hurt themselves or others.

Now we build more cages for humans instead of group facilities...

Compassion is going to do us all in.

Man this one fell off the articles on the main web page fast.

When this is read next to the article aboutthe guy who got the shaft from the Anoka county prosecutor...it gives a different perspective.

18 months for raping retarded womyn...As a member of the Law Enforcement Industry.

18 months...What is the presumptive sentence for 17 year old boys who touch their 15 year old girl friends?

Or the presumptive sentence for your common everyday rapist that doesnt eat at the Public Trough?, doesnt have his victims in cages ready for his personal use, or has no position of authority to enforce his abuse.

I do not know why this article fell of the front web page so fast?

The fact that this person as a law enforcement officer was hired to "serve and protect" does make it seem even worse, doesn't it?
