I know their service department sucks ass. They've screwed me and a few family members over. If you have a Chrysler you want serviced take it anywhere else, Cookeville is great.

We bought a vehicle there and the salesman was wonderful. No pressue (which we cannot stand) and very helpful. Good price and service. So we have no complaints and would go back again. I think his name was Bobby.

I would not buy a thing there, they are over priced. When I was 19 they tried messing me,thinking I was just a dumb female,I walked out fast. My credit score was 790 and they wanted to give me a high payment,do not think so,ended up getting same car, half price in Georgia and a 4%rate!

Thank you kind Customer, for your confidence and for your continued business. I hope I served you well! Bill and Barbara have been in business in Sparta for over 45 years and work very hard to please their customers. Most of the time we are successful and our Customers remain happy. The Boruffs are honest, hardworking people who have done alot for the people of Sparta through their community assistance (namely local schools)and jobs to locals. Our sales force has had very little turn-over (contrary to some posts I have read)as the newest salesperson has been here for five years. I have been with the Boruffs for over thirteen years total. Some of our team have been here over seventeen years. Our Sales Manager, Randy Callis has been with the Boruffs over seventeen years and our General Manager, Garry Mcdonald, has been with the Boruffs over nine years. He is a fair and honest man and has been a great asset to the company. If anyone has a problem that they feel cannot be resolved then I would suggest that they contact Garry here at the Dealership. I have read on the posts that one or two people are not happy with Garry but sometimes it is impossible to satisfy all. It would be more productive to come to the Dealership and voice concerns than to call people names on the Forum as some have done. I would say to all concerned, give us a chance to help you in a business way. If you ever need maintainence on your vehicle we have many techs that have been here for many years such as my friends Steve Masters and Robert Hawkins(Service Manager), some of the best Techs I have ever known. Thanks again kind customer and thank you for allowing me to use this reply to you as a way to communicate my thoughts to the wonderful people of White County. We want to earn your business! I to have had experience with this dealership,I know Gary Mcdonald and he might be a good person but he was there when R ICHMOND Boruff ran it so that makes me not trust that place and the service there a year ago was good but what hurt it was letting Brad Smith in there and loosing 2 techs 1 escpecially named jeff moore he was the best there ever I cant remeber the others name but i heard he just left 10 or 11 months ago. I think its time for that deaalership to come to the new millenium
there ways r so out dated and some new faces would be good, in my opiion the place is cheezy and with all the buildings there it looks like a trailer park.
