No need to get smart about it. I WAS in the same grade as Joe i just didnt realize he quit before we graduated. I just wondered what happened to him. My condolences to his family.

Sorry that your concern brought such rudeness. It isn't a secret there are other posts in other duscussions. Joe was family and sadly he took his life. Nothing to be rude to others about. The truth is the truth and hiding it isn't going to make it go away.
Not talking about things like this may be why some choose to end their life because it is "taboo" to even mention the word suicide.
Maybe if it wasn't such a hush-hush subject we might could help the person instead of making them feel condemned.
